Numerical Simulation Research Considering the Influence of Bridge Deck Cross Slope on Wind Performance of π-Type Composite Beam Cable-Stayed Bridge with a Symmetric Elevation Arrangement

Based on a symmetrical cable-stayed bridge, the wind resistance performance of proposed π-type composite beam is analyzed, and influence changing bridge deck cross slope ratio static dynamic characteristics emphatically studied. The purpose to provide design reference for preliminary study bridge. CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical calculation method used solve vibration problem wind-bridge coupling with help software Fluent. It found that variation four rates 0%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% has large effects coefficient flutter critical speed combination beam. In range −3–3° attack angle, drag will be decreased as rate increases, in which at 0% largest. Within discounted 13, little effect aerodynamic derivatives However, increases largest rates. addition, it leeward surface keeps generating up down vortices when incoming flow 2.5–4.0 m/s, led under vertical vortex vibration, further research needed suppression measures.
